Inclusive Education Support
VIVAA facilitates inclusive access to quality education for vulnerable Internally Displaced Persons (IDP) children in the conflict-affected Northwest Region of Cameroon. This involves the distribution of adapted, "all-in-one" textbooks to enable effective re-engagement in formal classroom learning. Over 5,000 children across more than 26 primary schools have been reached.

Emergency Relief and Protection
VIVAA addresses rising protection concerns by facilitating child and vulnerable adult safeguarding workshops. Focused interventions in schools and hospitals in the Northwest Region have trained over 700 staff members, directly impacting more than 10,000 pupils and students through enhanced safeguarding protocols and awareness.

Youth and Community Empowerment
VIVAA conducts targeted capacity-building workshops and leadership training focusing on Emotional Intelligence (EI) for youth and community leaders. These interventions strengthen local leadership values, improve accountability to vulnerable populations, and enhance navigation of the prevailing crisis environment. Over 285 individuals have participated in these empowerment sessions.

Environmental Stewardship and Climate Resilience
VIVAA engages in community-based environmental protection and climate action initiatives. A recent project involved rehabilitating a vital water catchment in Kikoo Village through community mobilization and sensitization. This project will restore water access for over 500 households and 3,000 individuals across six communities.

Community Health
VIVAA improves community health outcomes through mass sensitization campaigns and free screenings for chronic conditions like blood pressure and sugar levels. These campaigns address health disparities caused by poverty and lack of awareness, providing vital preventive and curative information to vulnerable populations. Over 250 men and women in three subdivisions have benefited.
